Amazon Global Selling Business Position Available

The Amazon Global Selling team has been helping companies and individuals increase their sales and reach new customers globally. Over 50% of Amazon's sales now come from third-party sellers.

The China Global Selling team's main focus is to recruit local businesses to sell on Amazon's 19+ international marketplaces and support their success and growth.

Our goal is to become the top choice for all types of Chinese businesses looking to expand globally.


The Global Selling Product team works closely with various Amazon teams worldwide to drive the high-growth global selling business, identify new opportunities, and lead new initiatives from design to post-launch management.

We are looking for a skilled, data-driven Product Leader to oversee a team that concentrates on Seller Supply Chain to support the Global Selling team in Asia and collaborate with teams across different functions globally.


The Product Leader will play a crucial role in shaping the Global Seller Experience, enhancing fulfillment processes, and driving seller growth and success.

The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment; possess strong product management and communication skills, and have a proven track record in team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify growth opportunities for Global Selling sellers, develop new products/services, define go-to-market strategies, and ensure the success of products.
  • Clearly articulate and communicate product requirements, secure buy-in from internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Enhance Seller experience by collaborating with product and tech teams to enhance product features.
  • Partner with business and marketing teams to boost product adoption.

About the Team

The AGS PMO team is responsible for managing products and programs supporting the Asia Global Selling business. They work closely with the AGS business team to address seller pain points and business needs, ideate product solutions, and collaborate with tech and global product teams for development and delivery. The team also drives product go-to-market strategies and works with AGS functions such as marketing, education, PR, and more.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Track record of leading roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Ability to blend product and program management skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Skilled in building and evaluating cost/benefit scenarios and effectively communicating results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Master's degree.
  • Experience in a fast-growing technology company.
  • Over 8 years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
  • Background in working for a global company.
