  • Leads the cutting-edge research and development of Software architecture in China, drives the creation and implementation of MBOS software solutions to enhance business outcomes across diverse areas such as infotainment and ADAS, ensuring adaptability for current and future needs.
  • Accountable for defining the technical direction and spearheading research and development initiatives for groundbreaking technologies within the automotive sector including 5G cloud, AI computing, Cabin & Drive OS In One System, etc.
  • Facilitates technical dialogues with global experts to devise software strategies and solutions, ensuring seamless deployment and integration both locally in China and worldwide.
  • Oversees the assessment of existing software architecture, identifies potential issues, and drives enhancements and optimizations for peak performance and reliability.
Qualifikationen

Qualification

· Master's degree or higher in computer engineering, information engineering, embedded systems, or a related field;

Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of expertise as a Software Architect or in Solution architecture, preferably in the automotive realm;
  • More than 7 years of pertinent experience in in-vehicle infotainment systems, ADAS systems, and BCM & Gateway;
  • Leadership experience in directing over 2 successful product SW Architecture Designs;
  • Prior involvement in SW Platform Design in previous roles;

Knowledge

Proficient in automotive electronics industry systems, processes, standards, and toolchains; possessing deep insights into the evolving trends of automotive products and technologies

  • Proficiency in Automotive Operation Systems such as Linux, QNX, Android, Autosar OS;
  • Strong background in technical stacks across multiple Functionality Domains such as Audio/Video/Media/Connectivity/Diagnostics/Security/Graphics, among others;
  • Good comprehension of Automotive Classic Autosar and Adaptive Autosar;
  • Understanding of HW SoC and relevant peripheral devices;
  • Familiarity with cross-domain communication protocols and SOA concepts, design, and implementation;
  • Demonstrated skills in SW Architecture Design, Documentation, and effective presentation to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Team-oriented, proactive, and influential with a positive, energetic, and optimistic outlook;
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of German is a bonus;

Preferred:

  • Experience in architecting large-scale operating systems and proposing technical solutions, with a strong focus on software security, including data encryption, code protection, anti-piracy measures, and performance optimization;
  • Familiarity with technical architectures like Hypervisor, CAN bus, Ethernet, TSN, OpenGL, Compositor, Wayland, AVB modules is highly regarded.
