About the Job:
  • Looking for a passionate Software Architecture professional interested in automotive electronics and defining future E/E Systems and in-cabin user experience.
  • As a Principal E/E Software Architect, drive analysis of E/E Software architecture trends globally.
  • Design future vehicle E/E Software architecture and product concepts in collaboration with teams.
What You Will Do:
  • Analyze future Software architecture trends and develop technology roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish industry benchmark E/E Software architecture design principles.
  • Develop innovative E/E Software architecture for the HARMAN AutoOne reference car.
  • Support technology partner and M&A analysis.
What You Need:
  • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Strong background in automotive software architecture (8 years) and Chassis/Powertrain/Body/SOA domains.
  • Core expertise in E/E Software architecture and vehicle function allocations.
  • Technical leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Understanding of standards like ISO26262, ISO21434.
  • Experience in UML and operating systems like Android, Linux, QNX, AUTOSAR, etc.
  • Knowledge of Automotive service-oriented architectures like SOME/IP, DDS, etc.
  • Familiarity with in-vehicle network interfaces and sensor interfaces.
  • Experience with safety concepts and decomposition in the automotive industry.
What Makes You Eligible:
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%, both domestically and internationally.
  • Open to working in an office or home office in Shanghai.
