GENERAL SUMMARY:

  • As part of this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with team members, business departments, and dealer partners to develop e-commerce business for authorized and self-operated stores - aligning e-commerce strategies and promotional efforts to build a healthy e-commerce ecosystem that effectively drives business growth.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY:

  • Responsible for e-commerce business, managing and developing authorized and self-operated stores on platforms such as Tmall, JD, 1688, and Douyin;
  • Establish e-commerce KPIs, annual overall operational plans, and authorized store management regulations. Achieve performance improvements through enhancements and optimizations;
  • Liaise with Tmall and JD e-commerce platform leaders, secure platform resources, and optimize operational strategies;
  • Analyze category dynamics, gather market conditions and competitor information, and real-time adjust strategies based on market changes;
  • Analyze sales, profits, traffic, conversion rates, ROI, returns data, lead the team to enhance operational efficiency, explore new promotional and operational models;
  • Maintain close communication with agency partners, drive collaborative e-commerce strategies, create a positive and healthy e-commerce environment, empower channel business growth;
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for effective channel communication, product layout, promotion, and more;
  • Develop team members' capabilities, improve work efficiency, and establish a positive team culture;
  • Other assigned job responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in industrial product sales background;
  • 8 years or more work experience, with at least 3 years in e-commerce and team management roles;
  • Solid e-commerce strategic and operational capabilities; proficient in various e-commerce platform rules;
  • High level of execution and responsibility; strong channel communication and cross-department coordination skills;
  • Proficient in operating Office software, strong data analysis skills;
  • Fluent in English;
  • Accept 10% travel frequency.
