Role Purpose To deliver sales targets by collaborating with customers and driving precise operations within the Ali Group. We are in search of a highly motivated E-Commerce Sales professional who can effectively manage and expand our sales with Ali Group customers. The ideal candidate will be tasked with building and nurturing strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with different departments, TP, and distributor partners to meet sales objectives.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase market share with Ali Group, both existing and new products, by fostering strategic partnerships and utilizing internal resources effectively.
  • Achieve annual sales targets, manage monthly orders, and maintain a healthy DOH.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to pinpoint new business prospects.
  • Collaborate with various teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to provide integrated solutions that meet targets and enhance consumer engagement.
  • Coordinate with distributor logistics providers to ensure smooth product fulfillment and delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to shape sales strategies.
  • Design promotion calendars and propose activity ideas that align with customer and shopper demands.
  • Manage budgets effectively, including planning and timely claiming.
  • Enhance ROI in channel/customer investments continuously.
  • Expand emerging channels within the Ali Ecosystem.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • College or bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in E-Commerce sales, particularly with a focus on Ali. Experience in the FMCG or OTC industry is preferred.
  • OTC experience is a plus, as well as experience in managing sales and traffic acquisition.
  • Strong sales planning skills and ability to adapt quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and leveraging business opportunities.
  • Basic proficiency in English, both written and oral.
