Position Description:

This sales role is responsible for Elanco ecommerce customers (Companion Animal BU).Keep good relationship with grown-up EKA customers, set strategic promotion planning to achieve business target. Develop business for new customers opportunities to build up brand penetration. Plan to ensure achievement of self-responsible target, develop sales planning and drive execution of sales strategies in accordance to the business and company strategy and needs.Lead and manage distributers. Formulate strategies and sales/action plans to maximize sales of responsible customers.

Functions, Duties, Tasks:

Responsible for Elanco Pet ecommerce customers (T-mall specialist stores/ JD POP stores/Taobao stores).Strengthen connection with EC key account customers.Achieve business goals of each brand & product series.Deliver business sales and profit target by developing portfolio and implementing business operation plans within budget by complying the EC strategy.Manage customer annual plan, own the strategy development preparation work, including but not limiting accessing the landscape, identify key issues& opportunities and draft ideas& strategies in order to deliver the overall business objectives.Build up the business relationship with responsible e-commerce platforms in a professional way. develop and execute annual business plan and drive regular business reviews & engage with e-commerce platform.Distributor management (customer service, order tracking, supply, inventory, AR).Coordination between CAB BU and EC customers for daily operations ( warehouse, logistics, tech, etc.).Enhance brand distinctiveness by managing online portfolio, activity and campaign.Ensure consistent CI and VI on EKAs and maintain brand image on EC customers.Work with cross functional team-EC marketing, SO, technical team to convert content marketing to customized requirement. Create and follow up monthly campaign, new product launch.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or above.3 years of working experience in e-commerce (Pet category preferred).Home-based. Work coverage areas at East China (Zhejiang, Jiangsu & Shanghai).Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration.Strong learning capabilities on new skills. Data analysis and presentation skills.
