GENERATL SUMMARY:

在这个岗位上,你将有机会:与团队成员、业务部门和经销商合作伙伴共同发展授权店铺和自营店铺的电商业务——协同电商策略和推广步调,构建健康的电商生态,以有效推进业务发展。

ROLE AND RESPONSEIBILITY:

  1. 负责电商业务,管理和发展天猫、京东、1688、抖音等平台的授权店铺和自营店铺;
  2. 制定电商KPI、全年整体运营方案、授权店铺管理条例。通过改善,优化绩效达成;
  3. 对接天猫和京东电商平台负责人,争取平台资源,优化运营策略;
  4. 分析类目动态,收集市场状况及竞争对手情况,根据市场变化实时调整策略;
  5. 分析销量、利润、流量、转化率、ROI、退货等数据,带领团队提高运营效率,探索新的推广和运营模式;
  6. 与代理商合作伙伴保持紧密沟通,推动协同的电商策略,营造积极健康的电商环境,赋能渠道业务增长;
  7. 与市场部与销售团队协同配合,进行有效的渠道沟通和产品布局、推广等;
  8. 培养团队成员能力,提升工作效率,建立良好的团队文化;
  9. 其他安排的工作内容。

QUALIFICATIONS:


• 大学本科学历,工业品销售背景优先;


• 8年及以上工作经验,其中至少3年电商及团队管理经验;


• 扎实的电商战略及运营能力;精通各电商平台规则;


• 高度的执行力和责任感;渠道沟通能力强,跨部门协调能力强;


• 熟练操作Office软件,数据分析能力强;


• 英文熟练;


• 接受10%的出差频率。
