Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within automotive industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Familiar with traditional and agile project management methods, experience and knowledge of product development and industrialization in global automotive industry In-depth knowledge of product calculation, project cash- and budgetmanagement, production and development KPIs, vehicle systems, vehicle electrification, production technologies and industrialization. Familiar with A-Spice and FUSI would be an advantage Proven track record of successfully leading development projects and achieving significant improvements in process efficiency Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Proficient in English and Chinese
