The technical service specialist is multi functional role in TSS. part of task supports PAT product level 2 hotline service, with PAT product knowledge to service the users to fix products and warranty problem, Another part of work is assistant of both department and training team, and the third part of work is system expert in TSS, SAP, C4C, CDB...
- PAT product hotline Level 2 service and warranty coordinator, monitor and early warning PAT qualitiy issue to QMM for problem solving.Knowledge of PAT products, collecting product manual, parameter, use application, common malfunction and misused fault.
- Provide product technical hotline service for customers via phone call, online chat/video or remote desktop, identify product malfunction or misused fault, provide the solution or suggestion for problem solving.
- IT skill needed, key user of SAP, C4C, CDB, UDES.. platform, monitor and support technical service training systems to work smoothly.
- As assistant, responsible for department head's calendar management, travel application, reimbursement,etc.;
- Organize APAC department meeting and events on demand; participant APAC project to have a deeper understanding of business, track OPLs, etc.
- Coordinator for training activities, such as training arrangement, training material preparation and room resource coordination, etc.
- Handle flexible tasks on short notice to support department, and other tasks assigned by HoD
- Dedicated Technical Field and Repair Service Engineer with at least 7 years experience in workshop experience and use of garage equipment, diagnostic equipment
- Computer HW and SW troubleshooting skills
- Cooperation with external partner (outsourcing service)
- Robust automotive technical knowledge essential, with workshop experience and use of diagnostic garage equipment
- Both customer and result focused
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to meet deadlines and objectives when requested
- Need to work autonomously and on own initiative and have good communication skills with all interfacing internal / external partners
- Digitalization mindset, Skill in data analysis and reporting systems is desirable
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Chinese, English would be a plus
- Working Location: Beijing or Shanghai
- Travel Frequency: some travels for BTS audits, field support, warranty claim investigation
