As a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for acting as a strong individual contributor to support LPG controller to lead local Controlling teams to optimize financial performance within CNIIB. Supporting effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

This position reports toFinance Manager
Your responsibilities- Being in coordination with LPG Controller, translating strategy into business plans and establishing measurable targets. Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to LPG Controller
- Supporting LPG controller to monitor all financial aspects of the area of responsibility and related costs, production costing, operational KPI's, R&D investment effectiveness and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making. Identifying issues and advise management on action plans and operational strategies to resolve
- Being in coordination with the LPG Controller, establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information. Ensuring high quality and compliance of financial data and business information in line with defined standards & financial closing schedules
- Working closely with Company GM and related functions (PM, commercial, etc.) to define reporting unit price strategy that price maintenance must be in line with profitability development. Monitoring price approval to in line with reporting unit LAT
- Assessing business risk exposure and defines risk mitigation strategies to reduce impact on business performance in own area of responsibility. Ensuring risk management processes are consistently implemented in own area of responsibility, in coordination with the LPG Controller
- Implementing and ensuring compliance with global and local standards, rules and regulations (including direct and indirect taxation, international transfer pricing regulation), tools, policies and processes related to operations/project execution and share functional best practices and lessons learned across the ABB organization
- Supporting ensuring a safe working environment, continuous HSE improvement processes and integrity performance
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Accounting, Auditing, Economics, Financial Management or related
- 8+ years of relevant working Experience on Accounting, financial analysis, or controlling areas
- Require a broad knowledge of diverse financial functions in manufacturing and general business
- Excellent understanding ABB financial, business process and structure is preferred
- Skilled at office software, ERP system; SAP experience is a plus
- High potential on managerial direction, strong will of development and fast learner
