Basic Function / General Description:

  • Electrical design activities from concept to product release for elevator controller
  • On-site support for product debugging and qualification based on industry standards

Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

As an electrical engineer, the selected applicant will:

  • Develop product concepts with thorough analysis
  • Demonstrate designs using MASC (modeling/analysis/simulation/calculation)
  • Design various elevator components
  • Create and implement test plans
  • Verify and qualify designs
  • Document engineering work following the development process
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure project success
  • Fulfill other assigned duties

Accountability & measures:

  • Efficient task completion with a sense of ownership
  • Achieve job targets in terms of quality, time, and cost
  • Support team members in reaching department goals
  • Self-driven for continuous improvement

Work experience & skills requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of design experience
  • Previous experience in a global company is a plus
  • Strong language proficiency, particularly in English
  • Proficiency in E3 tool for wiring diagrams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Additional competencies required
  • Ownership, result-oriented mindset
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and proactive approach
  • Preferred experiences include electrical circuit design, component selection, industry knowledge, among others
