Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Consultant, you'll be the face of the company to clients, selling, leading, and executing expert services that leverage IBM's wide range of offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant establishes trust with clients, acting as a strategic partner to deliver inventive solutions that address complex business challenges.
- 5 years+ Solid experience in supply chain planning & order fulfillment operations or consulting
- Experience in planning management for Fortune 500 companies, including demand planning, S&OP, inventory planning, and more
- Background in end-to-end supply chain planning projects and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong project management skills with the ability to quickly learn consulting techniques
- Proficiency in digital supply chain planning system implementations
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in SCM, Operations, Logistics, or related fields
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written
- Experience in end-to-end supply chain digital transformation projects
