Key Responsibilities- Capacity Planning: Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to meet production goals and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Forecasting & Scheduling: Analyze demand forecasts and create detailed production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align capacity plans with business objectives.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

- Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, preferably within the solar panel or renewable energy sector.
