About the job:

Planning and scheduling external workshops production plan to secure Delivery On Time

Leading digital transformation – D365 Project Module

Manufacture of plants and equipment for complex projects within different applications.

Regular monitoring of progress and workshop capacity evaluation

Solve any operational problems or bottlenecks that could hinder the implementation of the project.

Daily progress monitoring.

Check and ensure quality, cost and delivery times.

Coordination of internal and external sources to simplify compliance guidelines.

Presence during project meetings.

Responsible for compliance with work safety and environmental protection in the workshop area.

Work with E&S other teams to achieve set goal and implement strategy together

Interact with internal stakeholders, BU, SC to ensure transparent and consistent improvement of process

Support in drive commercial development activities and supplier development

Responsible for allocating project orders to various external workshop to meet goal and strategy

Resource plan as per business forecasting to safeguard team is right staffed with respect to capability

Leading team to provide swift and competitive supply solution to meet market need.

Ensure business is conducted in a compliant and sound manner.

Train, coach and motivate team to ensure that competence level is maintained / developed according to local employee's development plan.

What you know:

Knowledge

5+ years relevant experience in industries sourcing area,marine background is preferable

Bachelor degree or above, major in international logistics

Experience and knowledge of marine industries suppliers
