We are seeking a dynamic and proactive leader with a robust background in retail and e-commerce to oversee a team dedicated to empowering Chinese sellers in optimizing their performance across Amazon's global platforms. The successful candidate will be instrumental in cultivating a high-achieving Account Management team that prioritizes exceptional customer service.

The Account Management Supervisor will need to demonstrate exceptional relationship-building capabilities with both internal teams and external partners, alongside a solid history of meeting and exceeding objectives. Core responsibilities will include offering post-sales assistance to sellers, managing key accounts, and executing strategies to strengthen business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide the team in broadening seller offerings on Amazon and improving their profitability.
  • Enhance operational workflows, elevate team productivity, and drive efficiency through innovative approaches.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a talented team.

Moreover, this role entails conducting comprehensive analyses to identify and resolve business performance challenges, providing insightful feedback from sellers for product enhancements, and influencing critical stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to pinpoint growth opportunities, set clear objectives, and implement best practices aimed at achieving operational excellence.

Leadership:

Establish yourself as a key authority in defining success metrics and understanding the evolving demands of major sellers. Foster strong client relationships to guarantee an outstanding seller experience.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in team leadership
  • Expertise in data analysis and performance evaluation
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and leverage analytical tools
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies, software, and communication skills (Chinese and English)
  • Strategic mindset, attention to detail, and capability to work collaboratively across functions
  • Demonstrated success in international settings, teamwork, and problem-solving

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in e-commerce, FMCG, or consulting sectors
  • International work exposure
  • MBA is advantageous
