Your Role:

As a Process Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the cooperation between the team and the overall process. You will provide technical support and planning of manufacturing processes to ensure that the setup of production processes satisfies our quality system, product introduction plans, and production efficiency for medical devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop the team, including resource planning, task tracking, coaching of new team members, and developing team members.
  • Set up and maintain validation and verification of production processes, including creating working instructions for Supply Chain Management (SCM) and closely communicating with suppliers.
  • Drive and support Continuous Improvement (CIP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Coordinate with project teams regarding feasibility in assembly and testing, ensuring that relevant know-how is transferred to SCM.
  • Set up and maintain validation and verification of production processes, including creating working instructions for SCM.
  • Maintain up-to-date information to improve process quality and efficiency in production, provide sufficient training to operators, and plan in-process inspection, assembly, testing, and packing equipment.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans) to ensure transparency of project progress.
  • Support relevant processes during supplier selection, evaluation, and quality improvement.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
