Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Team Leader to join our team at Kohler Co. As a Project Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading global projects and ensuring effective communication and efficient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute project plans according to NPD procedures, including budgeting, change management, status reporting, and risk assessment.
  • Ensure project deliverables, including time to market, product quality, cost, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate multi-functional teams, including Marketing, ID, Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing, to achieve key project milestones.
  • Lead global project teams and align on global projects direction, working with team members from various regions.
  • Manage supplier deliverables on NPD, with support from purchasing, engineering, and quality functions.
  • Prepare agendas and lead regular project team meetings, ensuring effective communication and decision-making.
  • Organize New Product Schedule discussions with Marketing, ID, and Engineering to ensure on-time and on-quality outcomes.
  • Identify lessons learned from project execution and optimize available procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a product development-related discipline, with 8-10 years of experience in product development or project management.
  • Strong communication skills and leadership experience, with a proven track record of success in project management.
  • Ability to work with different cultures and regional teams.
  • Fluent English speaking and writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Overseas training or working experience is a plus.
