Project Management Leader

About the Role

As a Project Management Leader at Sidel, you will be responsible for driving day-to-day new equipment project management operations from order intake (OI) to project closing (CPA). This includes on-site activities management, ensuring deliverables are achieved at the expected cost and to stakeholders' satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and follow HSE standards.
  • Ensure all required statutory and regulatory conditions are met, including Sidel corporate values, governance, and processes.
  • Ensure projects technical and quality control (QCD) levels meet the client's expectations, as well as projects profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect and upload project documentation to the system.
  • Define technical and cost aspects of add-on quotations.
  • Follow up on external suppliers and monitor project risks, escalating issues to manage and mitigate risks.
  • Provide regular and timely reporting to stakeholders, including the team internally and customers externally.
  • Escalate major issues that may disrupt business deliverables or customer satisfaction.
  • Collect project key learnings and share them with relevant stakeholders during the closing phase.

Your Profile

  • You should have 5+ years of experience in project management, managing projects in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience in the beer and beverage industry is a plus.
  • You should have knowledge of installation and commissioning scope and challenges in machinery or complete lines.
  • You are result-oriented and service-minded.
  • You have knowledge of PMP and customer-oriented practices.
  • You are able to travel up to 40% of the time.
