The Role

The Role: We are seeking a skilled Autonomous Driving Project Manager to oversee the development and implementation of our cutting-edge ADAS and AV solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, technical expertise in ADAS and AV, and excellent communication skills. As an Autonomous Driving Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams and working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage ADAS and AV projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to identify project requirements and develop project plans.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and team members.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ADAS and AV projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in ADAS and AV, including knowledge of software and hardware components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or computer science.
