The Position:

We are seeking an ADAS & AV Senior Project Manager to spearhead the development of our Mobileye SuperVison (L3) and Mobileye Chauffer (L4) innovations for OEMs and tier 1s. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the ADAS and Autonomous Driving revolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the local technical representative and project manager for ADAS & autonomous driving projects in China, interfacing with senior stakeholders and top management on the client side while communicating with VPs internally.
  • Manage projects to ensure executions align with company business strategy.
  • Understand and identify real client needs, respond to client needs via utilizing internal resources in China and overseas.
  • Foresee, identify, and manage potential risks.
  • Facilitate collaboration among Mobileye HQ, China teams, OEMs, and suppliers.
  • Address and resolve technical requirements promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and maintain comprehensive communications.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in technical and/or project management roles in the automotive industry, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in ADAS & AV project management or validation.
  • ADAS & AV project technical production team management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree from a leading university (Master's/MBA preferred).
  • Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
  • Strong skills in automotive ECU production project management, knowledge of ASPICE, CMMI, IATF16949, and quality control methodologies.
  • Excellent customer-facing abilities and willingness to travel frequently.
  • Engineering mindset with critical thinking and hands-on capability.
  • Experience with ECU development, validation, and integration of HW & SW components.
  • Valid C1/C2 driver's license.
  • Experience in ADAS & AV development - an advantage.
  • Previous experience working with Mobileye - an advantage.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
