Job purpose

Responsible for the development, evaluation, and reporting of short- and long-term business strategies and initiatives.

Key job accountabilities

Research, Analysis and Synthesization: Provide research and analytical support related to state of play, incl. macro/market trends, consumer behavior, competitive intelligence. Synthesize and translate the scrappy information into key messages. Craft slides that are aligned to the strategic vision and priorities of the Geography.

Business Review Process: Manage major business reporting process milestones and deliverables. Co-work with cross-functional teams to prepare for quarterly review.

Strategy Development: Coordinate the process of developing strategic initiatives and objectives for the 3-year strategic plan (CSR) at the Geography Level, and co-work with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are aligned and integrated; Identify relevant measures and drive accountability for on-going performance against business and strategic objectives.

Project Management: Provide project management support to cross-functional teams and other special projects of strategic importance to Nike's growth and profitability.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with minimum 2 years relevant work experience
  • Strong capability to work in matrix structure with ability to work with various business partners; a diverse background environment to drive changes
  • Strong strategic thinking and learning agility
  • Excellent communication skills, both in English and Chinese
  • Positive mindset with a can-do attitude and rapid adaptation to evolving demands
  • With direct experiences in consulting / consumer goods / retail is a plus
