Educational / Professional Experience Requirements

  • 6-8 years of experience in warehouse management within the medical devices, FMCG, or automotive manufacturing sector.
  • College degree or equivalent training in Logistics or Supply Chain management.
  • Proficiency in SAP transactions related to warehouse operations, MES, and MS-Office.
  • Hands-on, team-oriented work style with strong communication skills. Must be a quick learner and team player.
  • Must possess analytical skills, a systematic work approach, and be highly motivated and self-driven.

Role, Responsibilities

  • Monitor orders, inventory levels, and shipments using computer screens or mobile apps.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely receipt and shipment of products with required quality standards.
  • Handle stocking and removal of products on shelves.
  • Engage in physical tasks like lifting heavy boxes or moving large objects.
  • Maintain records of inventory levels and product locations for accurate tracking.
  • Ensure a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols, including proper lifting techniques and equipment use.
  • Execute tasks assigned by SCM Manager, such as labeling boxes or scanning items with barcodes.
  • Review business processes and provide suggestions for continuous improvement and enhanced warehouse efficiency.
