- Get knowledge on in& out and inventory management of RDC, offer fully support to operation team when needed.

- Follow up the delivery and in-transit of orders to ensure all orders are delivered to customers on time and in full. Deal with the abnormal situation in transit, timely coordinate with 3PLS and internal department to solve exception in time, avoid customer complaints.

- Freight bill checking. Check the bill with T2 supplier by month to ensure that the charges match with the contract, make sure that there are relevant approval emails for special abnormal charges.

- Complete other related tasks assigned by line manager.
完成直线经理安排的其他相关工作。
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in logistic or relevant major.
相关专业本科学历
- At least 5 years practical experience of delivery performance management or RDC management.
至少有5年物流工作经历或者RDC运作经验.
- Familiar with ERP system, WMS/TMS/BMS logic.
熟知ERP系统，了解WMS/TMS/BMS逻辑。
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
较强的数据分析能力，熟练操作EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT等常用办公软件
- Cold-chain experience is preferred.
有冷链运作相关经验优先。
- Relevant experience in project management is preferred.
有项目管理相关经验优先。
- Good communication skills with internal department, result oriented, customer orientated, can work under pressure.

- Good reading and writing skills in English.
