We're looking for a Regional Procurement Manager - Marketing, Media and Events to join our Indirect Material Services Procurement team in Shanghai.

As a Regional Procurement Manager - Marketing, Media and Events you'll be responsible for all procurement activities assigned supply-base in following sub category or grouped sub-categories within Marketing Cluster.

What you'll do
  • Working collaboratively with global category sourcing leader and drive local holistic category strategy development and implementation in China.
  • Identifying, developing and executing plans to achieve annual savings and business simplification (supplier base uplifting, consolidation and process efficiency) targets. Requires understanding of business priorities and regular interaction/alignment with stakeholders.
  • Deep diving and step changing/optimizing the current sourcing/buying models for all related sub-categories.
  • Ensuring service and quality objectives are met and continuously improved, and all issues are resolved quickly.
  • Managing strategic business relationships, internally and externally.
  • Playing as category expertise, with the help of global category leader, bring the technology trends, supplier innovation and market advanced process to optimize source to pay flow.
  • Development and maintain all sourcing files.
Your qualifications
  • Strong communication and influencing skills. Fluent English required. Can do attitude.
  • Business Analysis: Effectively using business tools and information system to solve problems and making fact base recommendations.
  • Project management: Planning, organizing and managing resources to bring the successful completion of the specific project goals and objectives.
  • Maintaining highest ethics and compliance standards.
  • A bachelor's degree of supply chain, business, finance or comparable discipline is preferred.
