POSITION SUMMARY
- Handle guest check-ins, verifying identity and processing payments
- Set up guest accounts accurately based on their needs
- Assist guests with property information and directions
- Process payments, vouchers, and charges
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and company procedures
- Support team to achieve common goals and address employee concerns
- Welcome guests with genuine appreciation and professionalism
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
- Follow safety procedures and report any issues to management

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience:
At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

License or Certification:
None
