POSITION SUMMARY
Solve guest inquiries and ensure their needs are met satisfactorily.
Handle guest requests for special services such as spa treatments, transportation, religious services, childcare, financial services, business support, language interpretation, booking, laundry, entertainment/sporting events, and shopping.
Contact relevant personnel or departments to address guest needs.Collaborate with supervisors to devise and implement ideas and procedures for enhancing department performance. Assign and oversee tasks to ensure timely completion meeting quality standards.
Adhere to company policies and maintain a clean and professional appearance; ensure confidentiality, safeguard company assets, and guarantee guest and coworker privacy and security.
Greet and assist all guests per company standards; anticipate their needs; aid individuals with disabilities; express genuine gratitude to guests.
Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review documents accurately; answer calls using proper etiquette.
Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues; collaborate towards common objectives; address coworkers' concerns effectively.
Ensure compliance with quality standards; propose and implement innovative methods to enhance organizational efficiency, productivity, and safety.
Lift objects up to 10 pounds without help. Fulfill other job duties as assigned.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
Supervisory Experience:
Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
License or Certification:
None
