Your role:

  • Develop, maintain and improve relations with existing and potential customers in the responsible area/province.
  • Creates the yearly sales plan, with help of sales management, to set targets and to plan actions and MarCom deliverables.
  • Create, together with the internal order desk, of optimal offers to the accounts.
  • Initialize customer tailored sales actions and supporting national sales actions.
  • Monitor the quality of the realization of the actions, improves contact between the internal service and the customers to get a good result of the actions.
  • Present and explain the local product portfolio and supports the national promotions.

You are responsible for

  • Supporting sales team to meet the OIT and Sales Target;
  • Setting up marketing strategy for responsible product line depend on competitor environment and customer needs.
  • Supporting local area sales team set up general and area marketing strategy.
  • Leading train Philips sales product knowledge and competitor analysis.
  • Local new product launch and important seminar.
  • VIP luminary research collaboration and supporting to promote Philips new technology clinical benefits.

You're the right fit if:

  • 8+ years sales experiences in Oncology industry.
  • Good command of English both in oral and written.
  • Good business acumen, sensitivity to the dynamics in market place, with good strategic thinking capacity;
  • Good presentation skills
