【Job Nature】

An experienced IT Technical Consultant with all rounded skills in IT infrastructure and project management to provide end-to-end technical solutions to clients, manage technical projects effectively, provide ongoing technical support, and build and maintain strong client relationships.

【Key Responsibilities】

  • Technical Solution Design: Design, evaluate and recommend technical solutions and appropriate technologies to meet clients' requirements in IT consulting projects.
  • Project Management: Managing technical consulting projects from start to finish, including developing project plans, managing budgets, tracking project progress, and reporting on project status to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the expected quality standards.
  • IT Infrastructure Implementation: Implement IT infrastructure solutions that meet the clients' requirements, including configuration of hardware and software components, setting up network and security.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to clients as needed, including troubleshooting issues and providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including understanding clients' needs and be able to provide consulting advice and ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.

【Key Requirements in Skills and Knowledge】

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-qualification IT experience in providing consulting, implementation or support and maintenance of technical projects
  • Knowledge and experience in various technologies, such as cloud computing, virtualization, networking, databases, and operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or Unix.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects from start to finish.
  • Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and be able to identify and solve complex technical problems and provide technical support when needed.
  • Have a customer-focused mindset and be able to build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support.
  • Preference with one or more of the following Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, CISA, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, ITIL or Project Management Professional (PMP).
