We Will Count on You to:

  • Develop and lead global mobility related business, delivering high-quality products on schedule.
  • Design and enhance products and deliverables for the China market.
  • Work closely with clients to understand expectations and feedback.
  • Identify market opportunities and challenges, leading business development activities.
  • Represent Mercer in public events and promote offerings.
  • Lead global mobility consulting projects and trainings.
  • Coach and develop consultants in technical and behavioral competencies.

What You Need to Have:

  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 8+ years of HR-related experience or 5+ years of mobility consulting experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized with efficient project management skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel
