TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for handling office administration tasks and daily clerical duties, such as managing schedules, making travel arrangements, handling documentation, and maintaining files. Other responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and addressing general inquiries. Team members are also involved in creating and organizing office documents, reviewing internal and external communication materials.
What your background should look like:
Responsibilities:
- Management of 5S and cleanliness to ensure a standardized work environment
- Supervision of external cleaning service providers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Regular maintenance of cleaning projects following 5S standards
- Coordination of pest control and cleaning operations as needed
- Cost calculation and control for cleaning activities
- Management of security teams to safeguard company assets
- Vehicle management to meet the transportation needs of employees
- Supervision of drivers and vehicles
- Accurate tracking of vehicle expenses
Submission of various administrative reports on time each month
Management of daily office supplies and labor protection items to ensure timely provision and cost control
- Regular assessment of departmental stationery needs, procurement, and distribution
- Purchasing office supplies and controlling expenses
- Centralized management of labor protection items, focusing on safety shoes
- Organizing recreational activities to enrich employees' leisure time
- Assisting in organizing various cultural and sports activities or competitions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 2 years of administrative or managerial experience, familiarity with auxiliary department operations in factories.
2. Proficiency in English as a working language. Strong principles, excellent communication skills, ability to handle emergency situations, proficiency in supervising on-site work, and providing knowledgeable advice.
