As a China FP&A Manager for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Xiamen, Shanghai, China, you will be involving both commercial and operational finance where you will be instrumental in analyzing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.

Your responsibilities
  • Supporting Supply Chain Operation team on both variable and base cost forecast and analysis Lead quarterly closing reporting of business unit and review team accounting metrics
  • Leading annual planning for all supply chain metrics and cooperate with Local Division Controller
  • Leading the profitability analysis & forecast, and continuously visibility improvement, to help commercial leader on business decision
  • Linking with COE to drive productivity and support China cost initiative
  • Leading the process improvement action linked with accounting
  • Supporting NPI & commercial business team on revenue & costing reporting
Your background
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration with 10+ related area working experience
  • At least 5+ year experience required
  • SAP system experiences is required
  • Project management or process transition experience required
  • Familiar with Hyperion knowledge
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Can work independently with minimum supervision, self-motivated
