What you will do
As a data-driven solutions team we are looking for a senior product specialist that helps us to manage a number of machine learning services and maintains partnerships with internal customers and partners to drive the end-to-end implementation of our services into internal and external business processes to redefine the customer support experience. Daily tasks include communication, stakeholder management, portfolio management and related follow-ups. Managing and maintaining roadmaps are increasingly important.
What you bring
Education and qualifications/ Skills and competencies
- University degree in business and technology related fields
- Practical project management or product management experience.
- Technically savvy and familiar with machine learning and data-driven challenges.
Required skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with agile ways of working.
- Experience in working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Creative thinking, willingness, and ability to learn new concepts and technologies
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player
Preferred skills
- Technical experience in working with data.
- Conceptual understanding of cloud native technologies.
Work experinece
Three to Five years of work experience in a product manager role preferably for data-centric products.
