As a Product Manager for Electrification Business Area in Shanghai, China, you will be responsible for setting up business development target and achievement path of MCB&RCD portfolio, define product roadmap and release new products to achieve sale target.

Your responsibilities
  • Driving the marketing strategy implementation to cover major channel/segment.
  • Optimizing MCB&RCD portfolio according to market trend, customer requirements and channel differentiating.
  • Defining the growth opportunity to achieve sales target.
  • Working with LBU/GPG to release new products ,support local sales in terms of the offering, project support
  • Reviewing sales performance including Pricing, GM% and NPV, take the action accordingly
  • Engaging in the distributor and other partner development
Your background
  • Minimum of Bachelor Degree in engineering is required
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing/sales in MCB&RCD business or Electrification industry
  • Strategic thinking
  • Good presentation, selling and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required
