Job Summary

The project is to provide the design, development and implementation of CRM solutions to a manage company in the entire industry.

It is an opportunity to have a deep understanding of the business process and business requirements of the client. Maintain good communication with personnel of different roles to jointly complete product functions.

Job Responsibilities

  • Work with the business unit to collect, organize and analyze customer requirements and provide recommendations for the design and improvement of the CRM system.
  • Design and write detailed requirements documents, including business processes, functional requirements, data requirements.
  • Coordinate with PM to design the project implementation plan.
  • Actively communicate with development team to follow system development progress in real time.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of the CRM system to ensure that the system meets business requirements and user expectations.
  • Assist in training and coaching users to ensure they are able to use the CRM system effectively.
  • Track and manage requirements changes to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years BA related experience.
  • Experience in CRM business domain project management.
  • Familiar with software lifecycle methodology.
  • Proficient in software engineering, requirements engineering, agile development and other professional knowledge, familiar with system planning, customer research, product iteration and project management process.
  • Excellent product prototypes and UI/UX design skills.
  • Good communication and team work skills, able to communicate effectively with people at different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to quickly understand business needs and provide reasonable solutions.
  • Familiar with requirements analysis tools and methods, excellent documentation skills.
  • High sensitivity to customer experience and data privacy.
Nice to have skills

  • Experience in CRM and international system design is preferred.
  • Good communication skill to build strong relationship with client.
