As a R&D Technology leader for Electrification Business Area in Beijing, China, you will be responsible for low voltage system protection electrical product technology.

Your responsibilities
  • Being responsible for power distribution product technology research, responsible for key industries, big customer technology and industry technology trend research, including energy storage industry, DC application, data center, rail transportation industry.
  • Being responsible for key customer technical communication and handling of important technical issue
  • Being responsible for the development of technical platforms for power distribution products, including high-current platforms, market segment technical platforms, DC product technical platforms, etc.
  • Being responsible for standardization management of power distribution products
Your background
  • Master's degree, major in mechanical engineering or electronical related professional
  • At least 15 years of experience in R&D of low voltage power distribution products and more than 8 years of management experience related to product design
  • Experience in low voltage systems research is preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of mechanical/electrical engineering fields; extensive knowledge of product design
  • Extensive experience in low voltage distribution and industry applications
  • Experience in technology platform development/management i preferred
  • Fluent in English (written and oral)
