Job Summary

The Associate Manager, Financial Planning role is a key business partner for the EC commercialization team, focusing on Ecommerce, new retail marketing analysis, and S&OP. This position requires strong accounting and financial skills, with the ability to influence across the organization and implement internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial analysis in support of the Ecommerce teams in China, including analysis for new product launches, product launch post-completion analysis, long-term category planning with the platform, and pricing analysis.
  • Drive Profit and Loss improvement through mix analysis, Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) reduction, Return On Investment (ROI) analysis on marketing spend, pricing, etc.
  • Drive net sales and share through competitive response plans, share growth plans, and base business growth plans.
  • Perform month-end activities, including managing, accruing, and reconciling agency fees and marketing expenses.
  • Own financial planning for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of the Core plan process.
Requirements
  • 5 to 7 years' experience.
  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Strong accounting and financial skills, with the ability to influence across the organization and implement internal controls.
