Job Title: MYP Integrated Science and DP Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced teacher to join our Science department at Western Academy of Beijing High School.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching MYP Integrated Science and DP Chemistry to high school students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science education, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach MYP Integrated Science and DP Chemistry to high school students
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and assessments
  • Participate in school-wide professional development and contribute to the growth of the Science department

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., science education, biology, chemistry)
  • Recognized teaching qualification and/or registration
  • Experience teaching MYP and/or DP Chemistry and Science
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and students
