Key Responsibilities
  • Hold a relevant engineering degree or equivalent, with post-graduation experience in designing, developing, and commissioning HVDC/HVAC systems, particularly for renewable energy projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of technical specialists, utilizing strong interpersonal skills to drive project success.
  • Ensure fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with a focus on maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Manage projects, meeting project timelines and deliverables, negotiating scope changes, and coordinating reviews to ensure zero technical errors.
  • Provide guidance and training to young engineers, fostering their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • possess at least 8 years of experience for the position of Electrical Engineer, with consideration for candidates with less experience for the position of Assistant Engineer/Engineer.
  • Familiarity with Mainland China design guidelines, standards, code of practice, and statutory regulations.
  • Be a self-motivated, flexible, and proactive individual capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Adaptability and strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
