Sales Engineer

通过频繁的拜访熟悉客户自控系统的构成及特点,了解客户诉求,发现各类潜在的业务机会,了解客户预算编定时间或投资计划。
l 向客户管理人员提供业务方案并进行可行性沟通,跟进业务机会直至实现业务签约,并完成销售业务的定单跟进、业务实施、供应商协调、开票确认收入、收款等全部工作;
l 了解市场信息及竞争对手动态并扩大业务机会信息来源,及时向公司反馈;
l 了解客户需求和客户满意度变化,及时反馈给配合的服务人员或上级主管以便做出相关行动;
l 向客户介绍JCI的服务产品、服务理念,提升客户满意度和建立信任关系。
What we look for (我们需要的是)本科或以上学历,HVAC、自动控制或相关工科专业;具有自控调试、维修理论基础;良好的沟通技能和商务洽谈能力,良好的口头和书面表达能力,善于与各类人员打交道并快速建立信任关系;强烈的学习欲望和良好的学习能力;有较强的承压能力,面对压力能进行自我调整并积极工作寻求解决之道
