About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at HITACHI ENERGY (CHINA) LTD. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the Power Grids industry.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for selling our products, systems, and services to customers, with a focus on achieving business targets.
  • You will manage the entire sales process, including project forecasts, analysis, pursuing, bidding, negotiating, contracting, and collecting accounts receivable.
  • You will establish and maintain effective customer relationships, understanding customer needs, promoting customer understanding of our full product/system/service offering, and aligning to provide a solution.
  • You will ensure a positive customer experience, living our core values of safety and integrity.
  • You will be responsible for managing marketing and sales operations, including data maintenance and post-sales activities.

Your Background

  • You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a science or engineering field, preferably electrical or power-related.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management in related industries.
  • You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, with a customer-focused and result-oriented approach.
  • You are proficient in English and MS Office, with the ability to adapt to frequent travel.
