Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Imaging DSL team in the North Zone. As a key member of our Philips Monitoring Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in the Patient Monitor business in China.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure successful sales outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 8 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success
- Medical devices sales management experience is highly desirable
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
