Job Title: GNQ District Sales Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Sales Leader to join our Philips Imaging Sales team in China. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure Philips remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with > 8 years of related experience in sales management; or a Master's degree with > 6 years of related experience in sales management.
  • Medical devices sales management experience is a plus.
  • No less than 3 years' leadership experience.
