职位目标 Job Purpose ：

通过辅导、领导、激励、管理和发展团队，确保自身和团队通过学术拜访、学术研讨活动，为病患和客户提供专业的服务，维护赫力昂的品牌信誉，以完成公司整体业务目标 。

主要工作职责 Key Responsibilities :

在给定的资源下制定和实施地区业务计划（包括目标客户列表，专业推广活动，人员辅导计划等），确保每个品牌的学术研讨活动与市场发展策略紧密相连。 确保专业拜访和学术研讨活动的全面实施和及时反馈 与重点学术带头人和专家保持良好沟通，以确保和支持市场活动的学术专业性 了解自己区域的市场环境,发现机会并提出有效建议 辅导下属提高专业知识技能，激励团队的专业能力发展, 提供疾病产品知识、专业拜访技能、区域管理、关键专业胜任力等指导 管理团队，确保团队成员按要求及时准确录入SFA相关信息（拜访频率、覆盖率、会议、客户拜访及医学信息提供的质量等），以确保系统的有效运作。 与团队共享专业推广经验、心得及市场信息，实现组织目标 医药代表绩效管理和考核; 确保人员发展计划的制定和实施 招聘和发展符合葛兰素史克价值观的员工 提供专业的招标支持 及时反馈客户疾病诊疗信息、品牌使用信息及市场信息的变化 准时提交公司所需报告/流程

确保自身及团队人员进行的活动完全符合公司的政策/标准，以及中国法律和法规。

人员管理 Management of people： 直接下属 Direct reports: 医药代表若干名 间接下属Indirect reports: 预算控制 Budgetary Control: 本辖区医院推广活动所需的相关资源。 工作领域 Job Territory (请简述该职位负责的部门、职能、 地域等/Department, function or region):

- 负责本辖区医院销售队伍的管理：

- 拜访客户数量：X家目标医院，其中A级X家，B级X家，C级X家。

- 政府部门：医保有关单位，招标办，卫生局，医学会

该职位的决策范围和影响程度Impact on strategy, policy or business:

- 在本辖区内协调相关市场活动计划的制定和实施；

- 对属下代表的督导；

- 向公司销售、市场部提供相关信息供决策参考。

任职条件 Qualifications

文化程度Education (学历/专业Diploma, Degree and Major):

 本科以上学历，相关医药专业优先

任职经验Working Experience:

专业学术的成功的制药跨国公司的推广经验（至少2年）

专业知识/技能Professional Knowledge/Skill :

- 熟悉本辖区医药市场具体状况、特点及相关医药政策法规

- 了解本公司产品及竞争产品市场

- 掌握医院工作环节、医院销售特点及医院市场推广的基本理论、技巧

- 了解医院业务计划、资源分配、地区管理、客户管理

计算机及外语水平Computer & Language Skill:

- 熟练操作电脑和使用常用办公软件，包括Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Lotus Notes等

- 良好的英语听说读写译能力（至少相当于大学英语四级水平）

能力要求Competency:
