Job Description:


Hydrafacial is seeking a skilled Capital Sales Manager to focus on the sale of capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Identify potential customer needs and provide ROI analysis to help clients understand how to position Hydrafacial treatments within their practices.
  • Generate leads through cold-calling strategies, including walk-in business visits, phone calls, client networking, and social media avenues.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets and sales goals.
  • Develop strategic selling techniques and utilize marketing tools to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.
  • Connect new customers with the Account Management team to ensure a seamless consumables experience.

Requirements:



  • College degree or equivalent.
  • Experience selling into aesthetic markets, including dermatology and plastic surgery, or high-end resort spas.
  • Experience selling capital equipment to physicians, not hospitals.
  • Proven prospecting skills to build and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
