About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our PCMO lubricants team in Henan Province. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans to drive growth and revenue in the region.

In this role, you will work closely with our distributor network to identify new opportunities and build strong relationships with customers. Your primary goal will be to increase sales volume, margin, and market share while ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards.

To achieve this, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies, leverage our product offerings to meet customer needs, and monitor performance metrics to optimize results. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional with a proven track record in sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Sound commercial experience in sales/marketing, channel management
  • Strong communications/engagement skills
  • Digital mindset and capabilities (a plus)

You should also have significant sales experience with a proven success in developing profitable business, as well as proven experience in innovation. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including an estimated annual compensation of $120,000-$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
