Job Overview

IKEA seeks a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to optimise the meeting place experience for visitors, drive business growth for partners and Meeting Places, and achieve operational results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Boost tenant performance through skills training, data analysis, and visual merchandising guidance.
  • Maintain tenant behaviour through regular site inspections, issue resolution, and communication with brand representatives.
  • Promote tenant participation in marketing activities, develop co-creative experiences, and enhance brand visibility.
  • Collect and analyse sales data, provide insights, and support tenant adjustments.
  • Conduct market research, stay updated on industry trends, and suggest improvements.

What You'll Need To Have

  • Experience in managing tenants or operating retail spaces, knowledge of consumer demands, and basic English language skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and data analysis capabilities.
