Job Description
As a Sales Development Manager, your primary focus will be on developing Shell's PCMO lubricant business in 3-4 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Maintaining a robust distributor network as a solid platform for business growth.
  • Ensuring that distributors are aligned with Shell's channel strategy and deliver mutually agreed-upon sales business plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in a relevant field, such as marketing or business administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the energy or chemicals industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and digital capabilities.
  • A proven track record of driving business growth and developing profitable relationships with customers.
