Job Summary

Third Bridge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Third Bridge's value proposition to potential clients and develop relationships to better understand their research needs.
  • Prospect new business leads, develop sales strategies, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Oversee the new sales cycle from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Transition new accounts to the account management team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
  • Leverage the sales team for support and collaborate with regional sales teams to achieve sales goals.
  • Work closely with the Regional Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop sales strategies.

    Requirements

    • Proven sales experience in a B2B environment with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Experience working with private equity, hedge fund, and credit firms is preferred.
    • Demonstrable ability to follow up on business leads effectively and build strong relationships with clients.
    • Ability to manage the sales pipeline and forecast accuracy.
    • Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations to C-level executives.
    • Proven experience building strong client relationships and offering value-added insights.
    • Strong computer proficiency and excellent organizational skills.
    • Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
    • The successful candidate must have the right to work in Hong Kong without sponsorship.
