Capital Sales Manager

About this role
We are seeking a skilled Capital Sales Manager to join our team at Hydrafacial Trading (Shanghai) Co Ltd (China). The successful candidate will be responsible for selling capital equipment to aesthetic practices, med-spas, and resort spas within the designated territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with physicians, aestheticians, spa managers, and office managers to introduce the Hydrafacial treatment and provide potential outcomes or return on investment (ROI).
- Identify potential customer needs and provide strategic selling techniques to enhance client engagement and the overall Hydrafacial capital experience.
- Maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets and sales goals.
- Develop relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to ensure seamless customer experiences and meet sales objectives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in medical device sales or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in selling capital equipment to physicians and aesthetic practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- College degree or equivalent.
