Job Overview


We are seeking an exceptional Sales Professional to join our team at Third Bridge, where you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.


Main Responsibilities



  • Lead the sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, leveraging your expertise in B2B sales and negotiation skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head of Sales to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads, ensuring accurate forecasting and tracking of sales performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to leverage their expertise and support in driving sales growth.

Requirements



  • A proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing a large quota and closing significant deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A strong understanding of the private equity, hedge fund, and credit firms landscape, with a demonstrated ability to follow up on business leads effectively.
  • A Bachelor's Degree and a self-motivated approach to reaching sales goals, with a strong aptitude for problem-solving and a consultative sales approach.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, with a strong computer proficiency and excellent organizational, written, and oral/presentation skills.
